Main Structure Features

For t onnage bet ween 800T-1600T, t he f rame is a separated structure made of high rigidity welded steel . For tonnage between 2500T-6300T, frame is also a separated structure, but made of cast iron instead, with unlock type of hydraulicoverload protection;
With hi gh inertia flywheel and hi gh output energy, thi s seri es machines are suitable for hot or warmforging process;
With connection rod of two supporting points type and lengthened guide ways, this series machines are good at offset loading and easy to being equipped with progressive arms or robot arms, perf ect ly meet ing mult i -st at ion progressive forging process;
The slide speed is fast, as a result it shortens the touching time to the forging parts and lengthens the die service life;
“X” type guide ways are adopted, its heat sensitivity for the clearance is low;
The shut height adjustment is motorized;
MGP-3150, 4000, 6300 equip automatic lubrication on internal rolling bearings of large gear, to ensure bearing service life;
MGP-3150,4000,6300 adopts a new type of hydraulicknock- out devi ce, whi ch has l arge force, l ong stroke, stabl e and reliable capacity, suitable for transfer automatic production;
Having the functions such as lubrication monitor, tonnage moni tor, bushi ng temperatur e moni tor, troubl e shooti ng displayer, crank angle detector, systemrunning displayer and so on (as optional);
Press tonnage below2500T adopts auto grease lubrication, over 2500T adopts auto liquid lubrication(except the guidingrail)
With touch-screen (HMI), making the machine easily and conveniently to operate or set parameters;
Optional accessories include progressive arm, robot arm, anti-vibration mounts, etc.
